This carrot cake i wont say the better one but above average. As mentioned, i dislike preheated/ re heated food. It will lose the actual taste of carrot cake But i like the wok hey. I can feel in the carrot cake. It is not so sweet , and not so salty. It is just right. But i didnt like the eggs in the carrot cake. It was too dry . I suspected it could be " pre heated food" that the fried egg to be so dry.

I was the last customer and I was offered this pack of additional egged carrot cake. It tasted a bit different from the common carrot cake, which makes it special. Or course to my liking too.

This carrot is the dry kind rather than the slightly wet usual. Comes with generous amount of chai po that are chunky and crunchy which I like. Love the egg as well. Flavour well balanced.
