I think there’s much room for improvement on this kway chap. First the taste of the kway soup tasted so bland and colour wasn’t appetising as well. The amount of ingredients given was good but the types of ingredients were not so nice. There was only one type of intestine and the pork was rather fat. I won’t recommend their kway chap. The duck rice is probably a better choice.

Yew Kee Duck Rice has a long history. The duck is tender and always tastes fresh. However, the gravy seems like a bit blender than before. Hope to taste the nice flavorful gravy once again.
