You butter be kidding me. In 3 decades this is the first time I got this pathetic amount of butter in my ya kun toast. Not sure is the staff or this particular outlet SOP?

Nice cosy place to chill. Plenty of space and seldom you have to wait. Clean and airy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Shout of to one of the staff Thanh who is very efficient and professional. She is friendly and serves with a smile. If you want to come to a place to unwind this is the place.
