The oyster omelette cooked by an elderly uncle comes with a generous portion of big, fresh oysters and a thick, eggy omelette. The 30-minute wait is worth it for the $8 price. While I prefer crispy, charred omelettes, this was still delicious and not overly oily. Will definitely return for more.

The oyster is really plump and juicy, even someone like me who prefers the egg and crispy starch batter enjoyed the oyster here. I would like the egg to be a bit dryer and crispy though, the one served here is the moist type so it depends on your preference.
