Average 20mins waiting time but worth the wait. Generous amount of plump oysters and nice charred crisp bits on the eggs/tapioca. Not for the healthy conscious though as it is pretty oily.

Best oyster omelette! Oyster fresh & juicy, the omelette not over cooked and oyster is given generously too. Waited Waiting time est. 10-15mins.

Oysters were fresh and portion is reasonable for $5. However it is too wet and can’t taste the difference in texture between the egg and starch, everthing feels soft and wet.

Fried oyster was super delicious, oysters were plump and the egg was delicious. Uncle store is very clean too, do note that they only accept cash. One of my must orders at old airport hawker

Disclaimer: I ordered my fried oyster omelette sans oyster 🤪 Extra eggs were offered, not quite crispy enough for me but not too much flour (which I appreciate). Chilli sauce not quite spicy or vinegarish enough for me. Uncle was meticulous so can take some waiting.

Doesn’t get any better than this. If you prioritize quality & meticulous care put into your food… uncle here does it best. He takes his time but literally the best oyster omelette I’ve ate. Not your crispy kind but full of egg, non starchy, freshest oysters.

Will be my go to for oyster omelette after my 1st try. Oysters are fresh, big & juicy and best part cannot find any burnt bits on the omelette, fantastic! Hard to find elsewhere for even fresh oyster. When I told uncle to cook longer as my liver is not so well he specially cook mine longer for me only.

ordered the fried oyster for a side meal. it was really goood. the amount and size of the oysters were really worth the price. the sauce tangy-ness also compliment the freshness of the oysters. uncle was super nice tooo, hope he stays healthy and this stall will stay open. will definitely come thru again whenever im in the area.

[CASH ONLY] Uncle takes his time to work up his beautiful dish, so be patient! His oyster omelette is indeed fluffier and eggier than usual. Less starchy as what everyone says. Oysters are also abundant and plump!
