WOK HEY truly delivers when it comes to quick, flavourful, and satisfying Asian stir-fry. I was impressed by how customizable the menu is — from your choice of base (rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice) to proteins, veggies, and sauces. Everything is freshly prepared in front of you, which adds to the excitement and ensures top-notch quality. I had the Shanghai Fried Rice with chicken, broccoli, and an onsen egg — and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was perfectly wok-fried with that signature smoky “wok hei” aroma, the vegetables were crisp, and the portions generous. The balance of flavours was spot on — savoury, slightly sweet, with just the right touch of umami. The staff was efficient and friendly, even during peak hours. Plus, the packaging is smart and eco-friendly, making it perfect for takeaway without compromising quality. If you’re looking for a quick meal that doesn’t skimp on taste or freshness, WOK HEY is a must-try. It’s comfort food reimagined for the modern, health-conscious diner.
Service was great, staff - Zhing Kai was very kind and understanding!
i am really frustrated with my experience. I ordered food, went home, and realized my order was wrong. Not only did I have to travel back to the outlet to get it fixed, but it was also a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I feel a …
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for WOK HEY. After a long and stressful day, I stumbled across one of their outlets and decided to give it a try. Honestly, I didn’t expect much — just wanted something warm and …
Food and packing very good. Usually it takes 15-20 min waiting time for prepare foods. So better order online and reach to place after conformation. No dine in option available here
I had a really disappointing experience at this outlet. I was queuing to order and waited around 3–4 minutes. The staff member, Zhing Kai, saw me waiting but didn’t acknowledge me at all — he continued packing food and placing stickers even …
Came here on a Saturday evening around 8.30pm. I ordered the ramen with prawns and extra chilli. …
Ordered a simple plain Egg Fried Rice ($5.5), the service was good and the staff was polite. The stall is cashless only which is a bummer and there also aren't any self order kiosks like other outlets. I didn't wait too long to receive my food, it tasted nice like other WOK HEY stalls I've been to. 👍 It's also worth mentioning the prices of the orders here are cheaper than some other outlets too which is a positive 👍✨
