Rice was harder than the usual, not sure if it's due to it being undercooked before frying. Staff also did not ask if I wanted chilli, and did not provide any chilli.

Either the management team are living in their own world or the application needs to refine the logic. Application reflects 10-20mins but the reality is customer are informed 30-40 mins and waited more than 40mins for those queuing. The fried rice is just mediocre that doesn’t deserve a 35 mins waiting time. Wake up your idea!

Ordered fresh ramen chicken with add on of Chinese sausage and sou vide egg with extra chillie. staff at counter could not speak nor understand English after which I proceeded to point out in the menu and verbalize to him. After receiving the order the egg was stir fried in and chillie was not added. Please educate your staff.

As I wanted to get some carbs & protein after gym decided to queue for this and my queue number was 104. After ordering I saw the expected waiting time was 10-20mins on the cashier board , hence I waited patiently until 30mins has unknowingly passed. I decided to confront the cashier and then only he proceeds to tell me mine is next in line when the queue number is stucked at 101 for like past 15mins already. Severely understaffed as I could see many orders but only 1 staff is cooking them all. It’s abit absurd to wait 30mins for a fried rice and I could definitely get a subway instead .If you are here to queue be prepared for the long wait , but definitely not coming back again.
