Not anywhere near a good sandwich. Filling was half filled (tuna) which is not fulfilling and taste of it is straight from tuna water can sort. The other sandwich I got was chicken cutlet and it’s hard despite eating same day and mostly covered with fats. Can’t get any succulent bit at all. The bread was too porous and don’t feel a rich density of bite. Very disappointing when sandwich is the only focus of this shop and bread on its own is not even tasty. And easily you can replace with any nearby bakery bread for better satisfaction.

3.40 for a thinly kunafa waffle spread that isn't even 3/4. Take your money somewhere else.

Loved every bite! With many varieties to choose from, we definitely enjoyed munching away yummy food. Located in Tampines 1 basement 1, this place packs alot of human traffic, so it kinda gets busy around the area. Let's Dive in! Food: Nothing much can be mentioned but yummy. Need to also, there are waffles that are being sold here. So the yummy-ness just got expanded 🫢🫢😂 Service: Staff were seen in constant movement, which also reflects how busy it is. The shelves are constantly stacked with food and at the same time pleasing to the eyes. Atmosphere: Tampines 1 has been a busy place since the early days and managed to maintain a crowd puller despite renovation going on earlier. With varieties of stalls and choices around, it feels great to be in the mall shopping away. All in all, we will definitely recommend this to anyone, yes, anyone due to its yumminess🎉. and yes, a tip. if you do buy n tapao home, pls warm the bread up for 30secs. why? Koz warm food taste the bests! 🥳 Cheers!

Ordered plain waffles, even though I was the only person who ordered it took quite a while to receive it. The waffles were the hard pandan type. The taste was ok, it wasn't tasty but not awful either. I don't know, it tasted kind of off but I would say its passable.

I was truly delighted to see San.Wich by Swee Heng open a stall at Tampines One. Previously, I could only enjoy their bread and sandwiches when I visited the city, so having it available in the East feels like such a treat. Their sandwiches are consistently fresh and satisfying. My personal favorite is the blueberry cake sandwich, which is soft, flavourful, and not overly sweet. It’s also a nice bonus that they offer promotions when you purchase more, which makes it very good value. Overall, this is a wonderful addition to Tampines One🥰.

Got a Hawaiian baguette pizza but I think a normal plastic bag will do instead of the paper bag for packaging. It’s inevitable that some of the sauce will get onto the bag but at least the plastic bag won’t turn soggy and tear. …
