i bought 4 kunafa pistachio waffles. every single one of them had barely any filling? i paid nearly $15 and i basically just received plain waffles. do better, so disappointed.

10mins for a waffle and the lady with specs so busy with the stock take instead of helping the partner in fact both argue who to do my waffle fm 6.06 to 6.15 waffle still not ready 😑

Every time I go there in the morning, no one will serve you. The attitude is very bad. Not just once but many times.

The staff (senior malay lady ) at tampines 1 was very rude and unfriendly. Easily agitated and replied impatiently when was asked a simple question. it was my first time and after this bad experience, i dont even dare to buy any thing from this shop. I hope she can treat customers with respect

Ordering a waffle is a bad idea. Staff will roll eyes and give horrible attitude.
