Super rude auntie. Ask to use PayNow but she gave me an attitude and told me minimum 2 paus to use PayNow. This wasn’t written anywhere. Also, what if I wanted to order the Big Pau? That’s more expensive as well. Took my money and left. Won’t be back!
Nice pau hawker stall in Old Airport Road Food Centre. This is the first stall visible in the hawker centre. Seems like it's run by an old friendly aunty. Ordered the char siew pau and the unique coffee pau. Both were good. The coffee pau leaves a nice coffee aftertaste.
I had a craving for old school Fan Choy and chanced upon it at Rong Yi Local Handmade Pau located at the corner of the Old Airport Road Food Centre. Fan Choy is a traditional dim sum dish item consisting of steamed glutinous rice, topped with ingredients like char siew(BBQ pork), a sliced of hard-boiled egg, all steamed together to create a flavorful meal. While enjoying my brunch, had a conversation with the owner's children Jenny who is helping her parents. They have been here for more than 10 years and has a good following of customers from the nearby housing estates. I also observed they were very polite, the service to their customers is good. The stall is very well maintained and clean.

Authentic handmade buns.. reasonable price.

We had those buns for dinner. Pork bun (no 1) was quite good, others were not bad either.
