Ordered shui jiao mian (dumpling noodle) but served only with shui jiao (dumplings).. told the stall cook i ordered with noodle but he did not want to change n insisted an additional $2 for noodle with an unreasonable attitude. Better off to patronise the other stalls for a proper meal instead of this $3.80 for 6 salty dumplings.

Tried this wanton noodle stall some walking distance away from Botak Delicacy called Pang Pang wanton noodle. I had their wanton noodle which was SGD$3.80. Noodle was nicely done but not drained well, as a result the sauce was a little dilute. Charsiew on the other hand was kind of sweet; Wanton was alright.

I like this wanton noodles because the noodles taste nice. It doesn’t have the ghee taste that some noodles have. Their wanton is yummy and their 水饺 ingredients is a lot. …

Pretty average noodles that tasted okay apart from the fact that they were overcooked. The cook didn't look too happy to take my order and seemed preoccupied with other matters however, though my experience can't be compared to the other …

If you're looking for a quick meal at the Our Tampines Hub Hawker Centre, Pang Pang Wanton Noodles is a convenient spot, especially if you're trying to beat the typical dinner rush. The Experience • Timing & Crowds: I dropped by around 5:25 pm, just before the peak dinner crowd hit. The best part? There was no queue at all, which is a major win for a popular hawker center. • The Menu: While most people go for the classics, it's worth noting that they have chicken feet noodles available for those who like a more traditional, collagen-rich topping. The Food: Wanton Noodles I stuck to the basics and ordered the Wanton Noodles. Here’s how it fared: • The Noodles: The texture was a bit of a letdown. I found the noodles to be a bit too starchy, lacking that springy, "al dente" bite (qq) that makes a great wanton mee. It felt a little heavy on the palate. • The Wantons: The wantons themselves were decent—well-seasoned and slippery—but they couldn't quite save the dish from the starchiness of the base. • The Sauce: The sauce blend was standard, though it struggled to penetrate the starchy coating of the noodles. Verdict It’s a functional bowl of noodles if you’re in a rush and want to avoid the long lines at neighboring stalls. However, if you're a "noodle connoisseur" who prioritizes texture, the starchiness here might be a bit of a hurdle. Note: If you're sensitive to noodle texture, you might want to try their chicken feet version instead, as the braised sauce might help balance out the starchiness better than the dry wanton version.
