Cheerful lady that greeted me while taking my order and sharing her handmade dumplings. Ordered their Signature Ba Chor Mee (Soup) and Meatball Ba Chor Mee (dry), they didn't disappoint me. Authentic local hawker taste with the extra fried flat fish with adds flavour to my noodles.

First time at Minced Pork Bros and now I finally understand why people can be loyal to noodles. - Dry Minced Meat Signature Mee Pok: The noodles were so springy they could probably double as resistance bands. - Soup Minced Meat Signature Mee Pok: Warm, comforting, and tasted like it could solve at least 80% of my life problems. Would recommend bringing this to every rainy day. - Signature Handmade Her Giao Soup: One bite and I knew someoneโs grandma definitely put her whole soul into making them. Soft skin, meaty filling 10/10 would slurp again!

I went there on a Saturday afternoon, and I was greeted by a long line! I took me a while to get my order, and was genuinely impressed by their bak chor mee. The noodles were tossed beautifully in the spicy-vinegary sauce (you can request for non spicy or without vinegar), the noodles were very slurp worthy and goes very well with the ingredients. I love the chewy fish paste skin of fish dumpling, known as herh keow, and meat inside was marvellous!

We tried both the dry and soupy version of their Signature Ba Chor Mee (Kway Teow), along with the Signature Handmade Her Giao (fish dumpling) Soup. The soup is clear, flavourful broth, brimming with a variety of ingredients, with the savory richness of dried flounder standing out. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered their signature minced pork mee pok noodles. The soup was just too good, the broth was full of flavour with a hint of sweetness. The mee pok was cooked al dente and it was those thicker kind so thereโs layers to it. A must try if you are around the area.

MThe Bak Chor Mee is super flavorful, with springy noodles and tasty minced pork. Tried their Handmade Her Giao Noodle Soup too โ so comforting. Small, simple spot, but every bowl shows they care. Definitely coming back!
