Dont buy from the chicken rice stall. the lady charges another 1.30 for choosing parts. I can understand if it were drums or thigh or wings but other parts also charge extra charge is ridiculous. Same price can buy from the chai fan stall. More variety.

Mum forgotten I blacklisted this shop and ordered few packets of takeaway chicken rice from the lady on Sunday. *AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU SEE THE LADY* ONLY order if you see the old man in charge. Again mentioned breast meat, but I had a part with a huge bone. Paid extra for 3 egg ($1 each) but discovered no eggs in all 3 packets. Very dishonest business. — Used to be good. Bought few packets of chicken rice today (mentioned breast meat to the lady) but chicken was full of small/big chopped broken bones and it was difficult to eat. Actual meat was only 1/4 or less. I never had chicken rice with so much bones before. Worst chicken rice I ever ate. Cucumber was thicker than usual. Braised egg was also hard and saltier than usual.

Used to be my favourite stall. Always order half chicken and the portion was generous. Today ordered from the old auntie instead the usual uncle. The half chicken she gave look more than quarter chicken with lots of bony parts and hardly any big chunks of meat. Really disappointed that the standard can fluctuate so much. Will avoid if I see this auntie again.
