Nice and hearty bowl of noodle. Had the beef brisket soup with prawn broth soup and the beef was quite tender and they gave pretty good amount for the price. However the broth can have more prawn taste as it tasted a bit mild to me. It came with few slices of cabbage and egg shred for extra crunch. Overall quite enjoyable!

Tried the red wine chicken and was pleasantly surprised! Not easy to find this dish and it is done well, a lot of chicken pieces inside too. Will definitely come again.

The food is decently priced and is a unique offering as compared to the usual noodle stalls in hawkers. I've tried both the ramen and paofan selections and enjoyed them. For the pork paofan, the soup has a nice seafood flavour but it is not very thick so the flavour is slightly muted but the ingredients are decent for the price. I also tried the dumpling tonkotsu ramen and found the broth to be a little diluted. Ramen was cooked well and the dumplings were big but the flavour was just average. Overall, I prefer the paofan options! The takeaway containers and packaging were good, with the noodles and rice/other toppings separated from the hot soup. Overall, its a good option for a meal if you want something different. I look forward to trying their other dishes as well!

The soup was flavorful, though it seemed slightly thick—possibly due to the addition of cornflour. The fried fish was heavily coated in flour and appeared to have been prepared way in advance. Only three slices of fish were provided. Overall, it felt like the cost was mainly for the soup and rice rather than the protein portion.

A curious take on ramen that blends hawker flavours with Japanese format. The noodles and fish are the highlights here, while the broth and toppings are a mixed bag. It’s not tonkotsu as we know it, but it’s got a quirky charm. You won’t crave it again, but you won’t regret trying it once. Read the full review on my blog.

First time ordering from this stall. Ordered no.11 on the menu. At first, I was thinking, will it be weird to mix beef with prawn soup. let's see. Braised Beef Brisket in King Prawn Soup Ramen. The name is lengthy, but it explains it all. You get melt-the-mouth braised beef brisket, no explanation needed. Portion of meat was good, I got about 3 big pieces and 2 small pieces which was enough to ration with the ramen nicely. Can taste the dedication and time put into braising of the meat - intense flavour! The soup, thick and orangy. Slightly different from the typical prawns noodles stalls scattered around Singapore. The Ramen soaks up the soup and when I slurp it in, my taste buds exploded. Made me finished nearly to the last few mouthful, then I thought about sodium. Health is also important. You will also find bits pieces of fried egg floss and cut vegetables within the soup for added texture. Best of all.. Paid by CDC vouchers ($7). As I walked off, I think this might be the best stall at OTH hawker. I'm going try all the other combinations when I visit next time.
