My favourite curry puff in Singapore. Best when just fried and piping hot, skin is crispy and tasty, curry filling flavour is perfect to my taste buds. It’s a lot of work being handmade by uncle which is not easily found anymore. Nicer than the ones at Hong Lim or Tanjong Pagar, maybe a close second is Er Jie.
