Good size for me altho wish it were cheaper ($1.50). Love that the pastry is not way too thick like a particular franchise. Easy on the palate.

Tried the curry puffs from here last Thursday. Very disappointing. The potatoes and skin (rather thick) were both not fully cooked. I couldn’t taste any chicken pieces and the flavors lacking. Very sad…

Mr Chua Yew Chian (75 yo) started selling curry puff since 1968. He used to sell along the alley on Cheow Keng Road. The formula was passed to him via his friend's father with link to Hainanese style.

Unassuming stall serving hot crispy curry puff with fillings that is moist and flavourful. Generous amount of potatoes and you can taste fresh chicken meat too. Mildly spicy. Better than the average curry puffs out there
