Waiting time has worsened significantly due to prioritisation of grab/bulk orders. My drink took 6mins even though there was only 1 person in front of me / my queue number was 2nd from the one displayed. Would have ordered online, but the online menu does not have my drink. Avoid unless you have time to waste.

Manager was a bit rude. I asked her if I could pay in cash and the remaining with card and she immediately said no. No such thing, every other outlet is ok with this but she probably said cannot cause it's troublesome for her lol

Literary got cheated . I ordered pearl milk tea. I assume boba will be present by default. Cashier ask me “do you want to top up Perl or not” I thought top up not required. she handed over tasteless milk drink without any Boba.
