I ordered the $10.50 portion today and received a decent amount of meat, tendons, stomach and ribs. The soup flavour could have been stronger but this might be due to the fact that I went too early in the morning. Perhaps there wasn't enough time to boil, I would suggest patronising the shop in the afternoon. I especially like the soft tendons which melts in the mouth. Not every shop can do this step well and I appreciate the time and effort taken to make sure the meat is thoroughly cooked. There is also a wide selection of exotic goats parts for the extremely adventurous. You do not normally see those at other shops. Dare you to try!
