Best mutton ribs I’ve ever had in Singapore after living here for years. Not too gamey, very tender, very well seasoned. The soup is the clear broth type, very meaty and homey. The uncle even has some exotic parts of the lamb on the menu that I didn’t dare to try.

I’m not sure what happened, I ordered a bowl of $10 mutton soup without rice. All I got were mostly bones, fats, some skin and just one rib. The uncle selling here used to give much more meat and skin. Flavor and chili are still great …
