Service is extremely bad. This is not the worse, the hygiene is non-existent. The staff needs to be trained on customer service as well as basic food handling training. Eventhough she had gloves on, she used the same hand to handle food and money. Do not recommend!

Went over to buy 2 egglets. The egglets she gave us was warm bcoz i think it has been there for very long time though it was warm coz it was in the warmer. I asked her politely if she can make a new one as it is hard and my 3 year old Son cannot bite hard food such as this. However, Auntie replied in loud voice and decline my request as she insist it is newly cooked. I was stunned and looked at her and she left the counter and continue cooking. I was holding the money payment and she let me wait and stand for atleast 5mins. Sorry to say but I normally very understanding with elderly people and I respect them. But I hope your staff has to be trained to be atleast show politeness to your customers. I dont recommend this place to buy egglet. I have been to other outlets and they do fresh upon ordering and they have well trained staff.

Nam Kee pau selling extra huge pau at only $5, very delicious, old school taste, value for money, nowadays very few pau stalls selling flavorful pau. Their $2 big pau is very good too. I brought pau from many places, but concluded theirs are the best. Bean paste pau is good too, but siew mai is not to my liking.
