A simple and comforting dish that I grew up eating. The coarsely chopped patty has a good mixture of fatty and lean meat with springy texture. ❤️ the generous bits of salted fish that is mixed into the patty with additional fried salted fish sprinkled on top, to enhance the taste of it in every bite!

Ordered the Nonya Black Grouper ($25) and it was really tasty. The assam spice was just right and went well with the sweet and sour flavors. The fish was fresh too. Will be back to try other dishes!
