Seller aunty looked at me and said "10 10?" To acknowledge my order of 10 chicken and 10 pork satay while she was packing, but handed me a bag of only 15 pieces. Feel very cheated.

One of the better pork satay with pineapple peanut sauce. Price is very reasonable at 60c per stick grilled-to-order. Smoke and charcoal fragrance from this Hainanese style satay.

One of my favorite satays in Singapore! They add pineapple into their peanut sauce to give it an extra omph! Would have given it 5 stars if not for the long waiting time. Go during non-peak hours.

I can't really say that this was worth the wait - as other have noted, the lady boss has her own queue system. It was a bit odd to see people receive their food before me when I had ordered ahead of them .. …

The lady boss uses “facial recognition” in lieu of a proper queue system. Waited for about an hour. Definitely not worth the wait. The satay was very hard and the sauce very ordinary. Overrated.

19/05/18 Overhyped by reviews. Seriously not worth the extremely long wait ~ 40mins or more. Moreover, the smaller than usual satay is 60cents per stick. Tasted better …

Among the satay stalls, this is the best in terms of texture and added pineapple sauce in the peanut sauce give it a very traditional feeling. If they have mutton, it will be even better. Go during non-peak hours. I went around 4ish on a Sunday and waiting time was pretty short.
