Bought sliced bbq bacon for my family. When we opened it, it’s all burnt and tasted bitter rendering the whole packet inedible.

The staff are super slow at the cashier. They messed up packaging for one customer and the cashier just halt everyone at the back to wait for repackaging. Super not efficient for a CNY period. Should clear the register and serve those in line. I waited for 15 minutes next in line holding bottles of biscuit. Gave up waiting and left.
