Lotteria's Jewel Changi counter at #B1-248 now serves a Singapore-exclusive breakfast, plus three new burgers and two desserts that landed with the Jurong Point opening on 5 August 2026. The Straits Times says the new savoury and sweet items are on the Jewel menu too. Breakfast at Jewel is 10am to noon. The shop itself runs 10am to 10pm, last order 9.30pm.
This is still the original K-burger brand's first Singapore room, opened 11 February 2026 with a Rain Vortex view. Katrina Group runs it. A second shop opened at Jurong Point in August. East-siders do not need that west trip. The Jewel kitchen already has the new list.
Breakfast is a Korean omelette in a brioche bun
The K-Omelette burger is an egg omelette stir-fried with vegetables, then stacked in a lightly sweet brioche bun. Chicken Sausage and Turkey Bacon versions are $5. Tomato is $4.50. The K-Morning Platter is $5.50. Classic Pancakes are $3. Jurong Point breakfast starts at 9am. Jewel starts at 10am, which matches the mall's slower airside-adjacent morning. If you land early or you are meeting someone at T1, this is a faster sit-down than most Jewel table-service rooms.
Honeycombers' February review of the Jewel opening still holds for the all-day signatures. Ria's Bulgogi Burger is the sweet-savoury beef patty. Ria's Shrimp Burger is the tartar and Thousand Island crunch. Mozzarella Burger Tomato Basil is the cheese-pull item. Jewel also had a Singapore-only Kimchi Bulgogi Burger. Time Out and Jewel's own dine page still sell those as the flavour DNA. They did not get deleted when the August refresh arrived.
Three new burgers, two new desserts
T-Rex Chicken Burger is $6.90, crispy thigh, onions, pickles, lettuce, creamy onion sauce. Gangjung Chicken Burger is $7.20, mildly spicy boneless chicken, melted cheese, vegetables, same brioche. Teriyaki Burger is $6.90, teriyaki-glazed beef, lettuce, mayonnaise. Those prices are a la carte figures The Straits Times printed for the Jurong Point launch. Jewel should match. Ask if a combo is cheaper before you add fries.
Dessert additions are Tornado KitKat Crunch at $3.60, soft serve with KitKat pieces, and Mango Peach Bingsu at $5.80 with fruit cocktail, strawberry puree, red beans, and soft serve. The original cup bingsu from opening week is still the shaved-ice, red bean, pineapple, vanilla soft-serve cup Honeycombers liked. Gangjung chicken pieces remain the fried-chicken order if you do not want it in a bun.
Katrina Group says all Singapore Lotteria kitchens are pork- and lard-free. That is not the same as MUIS halal certification. Honeycombers noted the Jewel shop was not certified in opening week. Treat it as pork-free, not certified halal, until the brand says otherwise. Official hours on lotteria.com.sg for Jewel are daily 10am to 10pm. Phone is 6281 3882. Changi Airport MRT drops you in the Jewel complex. The unit is Basement 1, across the usual fast-food row, with a view of the waterfall if you face the right way.
Jurong Point ran $2 shrimp-burger slots and blind-bag merch in August. Those were opening stunts for the west shop. Do not walk into Jewel in September expecting $2 burgers. Walk in for breakfast before noon, or for the new chicken burgers after a flight. That is the east-side use of this menu refresh.
