Came at 13.15 today, and did not like the guys attitude at all. Unfriendly and the most annoying part is how he served the Chinese man nicer and with a smile. Totally ridiculous service . Better please yew Kee . Tone was so bloody rude, no hi, bye, or even a thank you Z

7 mar 2026, 11am. Only 1 staff was available. Physical queue was long yet store still taking in online orders and those online orders are jumping the physical queue. If you are short handed, do stop taking the online orders. Your customers are in the physical queue waiting for more than 30min to get their orders taken.

The taste of the food was okay, the portion is pathetic. The service is atrocious. The bald guy chopping the duck talk like we kill his family or owe him money. The other two aunty gossip about customers. What kind of nonsense service is this?

Please beware of Yew Kee’s delivery orders. Advertised as a set meal for two, costing around $20+ but this is what you’ll get! Mainly a few pieces of tofu and nothing much. I am utterly surprised because I thought it was quite a reputable restaurant. Feels very scammed!

This shop is super super delicious! Heal my heart after a long day work. I considered for a while before commenting haha, I don’t want to queue when I want to eat. But this duck rice deserves my compliment. My favourite so far in Tampines 1.

Come here if you want to watch a magic show. The cook can turn two small pieces of duck into many tiny shreds of meat. Trust me, if you combine the pieces, you’ll still get less than half the normal portion of other shops. …

Food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful, share with me about the food, sambal, drinks available, go extra mile to recommend me kway Chap. I dont usually take duck but this shop has the best everything from meet, gravy, rice and even sambal/ sauce. Thanks again to the guy working today

I almost never eat duck. I come here with my wife. I don’t eat their charsiew nor pork belly because they’re too roasted and dark. I would say their godlike soup is what got me visit again and again. My wife and I am sensitive to food with too much artificial flavouring or MSG, but their soup is truly authentically great. I hope this food chain continue to prosper. PS: I was tired from work and noob while ordering the food. Staffs are really understanding and helped me made sense of the situation. Thank you for all your hard work!
