Hi, I’d like to share some feedback regarding my recent order (approximately $34) from your outlet. All the items, including the noodles and soup, were packed together in a single container. This caused the noodles to become soggy by the time I reached home. I had requested for them to be packed separately, but was told that I would need to pay extra for that, which was disappointing. The staff initially provided only one plastic bag despite the weight of the items, which would likely have torn. I had to request a second bag. Overall, the quality of the food from this outlet seems to fall short compared to your other branches. The soup in particular tasted watered down. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I look forward to a better experience in the future.

They mixed up our soup base for our orders, without realising. So my food was rinsed and served again. Best part is no other customer behind or in front of me, yet order done wrongly

( Yes we are aware that this is not expected as we are supposed to carry it ourselves)She and her colleague also meticulously added soup for us. They were also very clean and made sure the ingredients are tidy after customers have chosen. Great service and we enjoyed ourselves

Newly opened at Katong i12. The fish maw chicken soup are so so nice ! Must try
