They were very flexible when I asked for very warm coffee. It's hard to get great service on SG unless one is a VVIP and "friend" of such an establishment. Good job!

Very disorganised store. Poor customer service when managing crowd control due to SMMs. Food preparation service is also very slow. Saving grace is the food quality is on par with typical Ya Kun outlets.

Visited on a quiet Sunday morning for breakfast. Noticed the dark soy sauce tasted different—perhaps a change in brand or dilution for cost reasons. It lacked the rich, savoury depth I used to enjoy. Still, I appreciate the effort and will likely return another day to see if things improve.

Don’t go after 8:15 pm. Staff start cleaning around 8:25 pm while customers are still dining (dusting, sweeping, mopping), even though the stated closing time is 9 pm. And yes, they will all stare at you.
