It's generally better on weekdays but on weekends when there is generally higher foot fall across hours, there are snaking queues with empty seats inside as the staff appear to be prioritising grab and takeaway orders versus queueing customers. Is that the right approach?

Real horrible experience with the staffs. The cashier staff on duty at 9am on 29/11/2025 is great. She is the only redeeming experience i have had today. The staff managing the take away packing was really rude when i enquired where was the pepper n soy sauce located. She replied reluctantly to find myself by pointing in a generic direction. The staff manning the return point was also really rude when i returned the tray, reprimanding my every step of where to put the tray cup n plates. This is my first time here, and will definitely not be returning to this outlet. What a shame to think that some tourist might experience this yakun and have a negative perception of our national brand. Totally unacceptable attitude from the staff. P.S if their attitude stems from understaffing and underpay, then yakun management please do better.
