Always a pleasure to get a meal at this stall. The queue really isn't a problem as the service is quite fast and multiple orders are served together. Both 水饺 and 云吞 goes well with the chili sauce, and noodles is consistently done el dente.

Got to take my hats off the 啊姐 who took the orders. She walked out and took 5-6 orders and went back to help prepare the noodle. Amazing memory skills lol! The overall taste of the noodle was very good. Even the one on black sauce you can taste the pork lard. Very authentic taste. The wanton is dense unlike some is flattened. The noodle is very Q. Recommended and worth the wait!

I ordered the dumpling (水饺) noodle. Think the dumpling noodle is alright, but just average. The firmness of the noodle is just nice, not overcooked or soft.

I’m honestly very disappointed with this wonton noodle experience. While the chilli had a nice kick and the noodles were springy, the flavour was extremely bland even after mixing in the chilli. It just didn’t come together at all. The wontons were a major letdown. On their own, they were overwhelmingly salty, to the point where it masked any other flavour. As for the dumplings, this was the worst part. Four dumplings for $6 is already ridiculous, but what made it worse was the terrible quality. There was no prawn taste at all, just loose, mushy minced pork mixed with large chunks of turnip, which completely threw off the texture and flavour. It tasted cheap, poorly balanced, and nothing like what a proper dumpling should be. Service didn’t help either. The ordering process was inefficient and frustrating . I was asked twice about my order and they still got it wrong in the end. To make matters worse, a few hours after eating, I had diarrhea, which completely sealed the deal for me. Between the poor food quality, overpriced dumplings, bad service, and the aftermath, this place is a hard no. I won’t be coming back.
