As a youtiao lover, this is definitely a 5-star one for me. The dough is not too heavy and chewy, and has that nice crisp on the outside even after a while. It is also harder to find youtiao at less than a dollar in 2026. The stall has an old school look, that invokes nostalgia when queuing to get the youtiao.
