the bag is cool 😎. Bit pricey portobello mush ($3) is nice, mushroomy, soft and MHMM YUM YUM tiramisu cake ($5.50) cake part is ehh.. taste like dry sponge. staff ok and polite better off buying from breadtalk or paris baguette or pullman bakery

Surprisingly the bread here is quite nice. They will need to improve the service and attitude from their staffs though.

I downloaded the Swee Heng app and wanted to use the welcome voucher. As I enquired with the staff on how to redeem the welcome voucher, the staff just told me they do not accept this voucher. May I know where could I use this?

Very sweet lady sold me a nice kunafa chocolate birthday cake for my mum and showed me a lucky draw which I cld scan after buying that specific cake! Would have walked away without scanning if she didnt give me a heads up

The food was good, but during my visit I observed a staff member, who had a visible chest tattoo, repeatedly reprimanding a younger colleague in front of customers. While I understand that workplace challenges can arise, I feel such matters should be handled privately and not in the dining area. This incident negatively affected my overall experience at the store, and it may influence my decision to return in the future.
