I would say the food is great and offers good value for money. The service crew is also commendable. I believe that producing quality food will take longer, but if the waiting time could be shorter, it would be even better. After we finished our meals, they also provided us with a fruit platter, which really impressed us. There are two points that can continue to improve: 1. The dish serving time is slightly long. 2. It would be great if the restaurant air conditioning could be cooler.

Fantastic experience at Morning Catch Seafood Restaurant. We ordered the king crab and it was absolutely worth it. The crab was super fresh, the meat was firm, sweet, and very juicy. The chef cooked it perfectly and every bite was delicious. If you love live seafood, this place is a must-try.

Seafood here are definitely fresh as most of them are still swimming in the tank. Price point would be considered "cheap" or below the average. I got a small suan hock at $38/ea, which is a price of seabass in most restaurant. I ordered cantonese steam but it doesnt have the typical 港式蒸鱼taste. (I guessed their chefs could be from China Chinese as some of their dishes looked veey similar in the Chinese restauranf) The white pepper lobster beehoon soup is a must eat, the peppery soup taste like pig stomach soup in a seafood broth. I can't resist amd stop at just 1 bowl. The extra large prawns were big and the waiter helped to deshell. The cabbage was on the oily and saltyside, typical China Chinese cooking but strong wok hey. They have quite a few VIP rooms, i think 5 or 6 in total and i asked to view the rooms. rhe 1st 3 rooms can be opened as 1 room, with karaoke and min. spend of $2k during non CNY periid. After 30-45mins later, i felt very thirsty, a reaction towards MSG, which I guessed they used quite a lot of MSG in their cooking. Deapite.of the MSG reaction,I would still come to try other dishes here.
