Had the $10 1 for 1 waffle promo. I was under the impression tat there would be Spanish latte. However during ordering.we were given option of Americano, coffee or tea. Not sure why. Food wise (waffle wasn't toasted well, still very soft)

The staff is friendly and helpful, their tortilla pizza is really good! Also, one of the very few places open late at night!

The place was nice and brightly lit. Not kid/stroller friendly as the place is very small. Service was okay, not the friendliest but wasn’t bad. The drink was poor though. It’s probably one of the worst matcha I’ve had. It just tasted like milk and sugar. I didn’t taste any matcha in it at all. Would not recommend.

Walked into the Bedok and coffee Bean and tea leaf. To no staff behind the counter. Just left standing to a good 5 to 10 minutes. A the lady did appear there was no apology for the delay. Just attitude walked out without ordering and will never go back.
