Other than the strange ordering system in which the staff will happily introduce you food then don’t place the order (?) overall taste wise the 75% dark chocolate soft serve is quite a delight to enjoy, along with the decent cappuccino.

Disappointed overall. The soft serve portion on the waffle was very small and the taste was nothing special. I mentioned twice that I wanted a cold latte, but was still served a hot one. The staff didn’t seem friendly. I definitely expected a better experience.
