CRISP RENAISSANCE A recent visit to Swensen's - SingPost Centre proved that this familiar chain can still surprise. The dishes arrived with commendable presentation — thoughtfully plated, vibrant, and appetising even before the first bite. Most memorable was the fried chicken: audibly crisp, well-seasoned, and yielding juicy meat beneath its golden crust. It easily outshone the rest of the spread. Service was warm and efficient, with staff maintaining a friendly, attentive presence throughout the meal. However, the dining room showed minor lapses. Our table and chairs felt slightly oily, and rainwater dripped intermittently onto our corner table during a heavy downpour — likely an oversight rather than neglect. These imperfections, while noticeable, did little to overshadow an otherwise satisfying, value-driven experience.
Staff was warm and friendly despite being very stressed during peak lunch period. They move very quickly. The s'mores sundae was very decadent! I love the biscuits in between the ice cream and the chocolate coated cherry! The serving was generous too tho it is pricier than other sundaes. The pistachio kunafe one was so so only. Serving much smaller even though it is the same price as the s'mores sundae. Only one scoop of pistachio ice cream and kunafe at the bottom of the cup and top of the ice cream. Glad there's a one for one deal. Looking forward to more deals and discounts with Swensen's!
Customer Service at its finest. Erika was so friendly. Hope all staffs are like her. Will surely come back. Eating here is highly recommended.

I would like to compliment Chef Syaza for e best black pepper seafood pasta. I have ate e pasta many times in various outlets for many years. But her pasta was e best. Good portion and taste on point. Not too wet not too dry. It was perfect. Thank u so much Syaza. U made my day

Cny spending time in Swensen Singpost is awesome. Quiet and peaceful. Have nice choice of Vegan food impossible burger is yum. Will come again next time.
