One manager in the past was rude. We don’t see her anymore. Now the joint is fantastic, staff service very good and pleasant, and atmosphere is great! Thank you very much!

Old haunt. Had my usual breaded chicken cutlet. They've expanded the menu to include Asian delights and burgers. Service is a little slow on weekdays. Weekday lunch set comes with soup / drink / ice cream varieties.

I had the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. My server was Ruth and the sheer excellence and expertise in serving ice cubes and napkins was really jaw dropping. 10/10 customer reception. She deserves a raise from $12/hr to 12.50/hr!

Great restaurant for big family, managed to get a table for 12pax, food is great as usual, check out the membership to get some freebies like a drink and complimentary ice cream for birthday month

First time eating at Swensens at Parkway Parade. We were seated at the corner of the joint. Cosy ambience and the lighting was just nice. Might even controbute to the kids feeling relaxed throughout our whole lunch. No complaints on the service and quality of the food. Our family left feeling satisfied and happy for our tummies.

Staff serve with a smile. Sirloin steak slightly dry, meat not rested before serving so there was fair bit of blood when cut into it. …

I love coming to this Swenson's at Parkway Parade because of the ambience and spacious layout. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. The Manager Kay was very helpful and informative with our orders. Thank you for a joyful birthday lunch and keep up the great service and food.
