Easy-going and quiet atmosphere. Drinks were quite good by Starbucks standards. Shout out to Asyiqin for being nice and patient even though I forgot my order.

Quite a number of birds were eating leftover food inside of Starbucks east point. After informing the staff that there were birds in their shop, they seemed unhappy to be alerted to chase the birds away.

A good place to enjoy a drink. Different types of seating available. Came here again to spend the afternoon and chill out. Can be crowded. Was here for an afternoon coffee. Tried the chicken pie and white chocolate mocha. It was a good choice and combination.

Drink tastes exactly the same. Service is very bad. Environment wise is quite normal too. Not much merchandise selling here

Nice place to rest and chill as its not a very crowded mall. Staff are usually quite friendly. I was having a little absent mind when ordering and only realised i ordered latte instead of frapp, so i quickly asked if i could change. Luckily the order was not yet done and the staff helped to change it promptly. Good!

Starbucks is living to its mission: to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time. I have always enjoyed patronising at this outlet for meetings and some quiet time. The staff are always friendly and joyful. I am appreciative that some of them even remember my name.

Omgg I went to try their strawberry matcha latte some time ago and it was soo delicious. I once had a matcha at their bedok mall outlet and the matcha portion was rlly stingy. However, the one at eastpoint mall changed my perspective of starbucks as I was actually able to taste both the matcha and strawberry!
