Am here at 1pm to get some fruits for thr kids. But this aunty that we have encounter more then once are the same. Giving extremely unfriendly attitude as well as ignoring us who have been queueing for the past mins there. Giving us the want buy then wait attitude. What type of customer service is this. Sequently visit after complaining to the mall, their reply is they have feedback but when i visited the next day I see other patron jus walk away when they look in without any response. What's the point of feedback.

Paid $10.50 for this drink just only for this drink I paid. But not even full really disappointed. Not worth it never go again.

Terrible service, the attitude of the staff (especially the one fat with short hair) is extremely rude. She gave me a dirty plastic bag with the fruit I bought and when asked her to help to change. She suddenly shouted at me and not willing to help me change the bag. The fruit she gave to me is also not fresh. I quietly surprise why the staff is doing thing like this. I will never go to the place to buy things anymore. Everybody needs to be careful about this store!!!

I paid sgd6.90 for avocado milk Saw the staff pour in a cup of ice and some evaporated milk. Feel cheated I guess the seller indicate in its menu that their avocado milk is half avocado fruit + a cup of ice + lots of brown sugar syrup and evaporated milk

Two staff facing back counter don’t even check have customer queue or no. I waited for few minutes. Poor service

I came and waited to purchase within a small crowd who I didnt know whether they were going to order or waiting for their drinks. I just stood there like how I joined the queue there before. Apparently everyone there had ordered their drinks. Then someone else came after me n managed to order first. I was like ‘how come this lady saw him n just took his order and ignored me?’ Subsequently, a few people started queuing at the other side. I quickly handed over my money and made my order cos I’d been there first. Honestly I looked stupid to be seen cutting queue but I had to hand over my money and order before them as I was rushing. The saleslady then told me in front of others that I should queue the other side. I said I came the other day and the queue was opposite. How would I know? In the first place, I noticed she didnt even bother, to look a little to her right where I stood, although she was at the cashier not for a very short while. When she told me to queue the other side, I was like ‘now u see me n I’d been standing here all the while, quite close to u, u didnt even bother to look and ask, or even advise me how I should order’. On top of that, there’s no signage where customers should queue and wait. See pix attached. In summary, I was kinda frustrated not only for being clueless where to queue when there r people all over, but also when I found the salesperson not taking a little effort to see around who’s queuing n who’s waiting. And I didnt feel friendly vibes from the salesperson right from the beginning to be honest.

I could not find my usual order on the menu. I think it has been changed. I asked the uncle and he took his time to explain if I wanted avocado juice. He then proceeded to explain patiently that it was added with gula Melaka. I nodded my head happily and told him that it was what I wanted.

The staff in short curly hair is quite rude(she has been like this since last year when i first saw this lady). Today my starfruit juice came super salty as compared to my usual order. Just because i requested to put salt, you dont have to add until so much. The way this staff communicate w other staffs is extremely rude as well. Boss do take note.
