I had been dining there quite often. It's a nice place with reasonable prices, and you can enjoy a variety of drinks as well. Their service is quite fast, and the staff are really friendly. I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place.

The food was delicious and nice. Staff were quite quick to serve us the food we ordered. Food price is more expensive compared to other Saizeriya Outlets tho, but food quality is also better than other outlets too. Place can be fully packed and waiting time can be delayed.

We visited Saizeriya at Changi City Point this week. Overall a 4-star for us. Food is generally up to Saizeriya standard but service and environment pretty average. Coffee machine is not functioning properly and many cups not very clean. Would avoid weekend too.

Came for dinner, reached just in time before the queue got longer and longer. Food is food in this branch. Gotten the Scallop & Salmon Gratin, second time trying, still tastes good to my liking. The dessert next time I’ll stick back to tiramisu / pudding I think.
