My daughter first visit to the restaurant with her classmates after school. Found a strand of hair inside her mushroom soup when she was halfway drinking the soup. My girl was too afraid to voice out at the spot so she took a photo and showed me. Perhaps you guys need to improve the hygiene protocol.

I haven't been to Saizeriya in a while. I used to love their carbonara, but tonight's dinner was a letdown. The bacon carbonara was barely warm, and the mushroom soup was only half-filled. The sauce tasted overwhelmingly of egg. Very disappointing experience overall.

Nice meals with no service charge and no GST charge. The drinks are free-flow after paying once. Great place to sit down and chit chat with friends.

Good value for money. The pepperoni pizza had a nice thin crust. The spicy oils from the pepperoni is always a welcome flavour bomb.

Although the queues were always long at dinner time, the food was consistently good and delicious. Photos speak louder than words.

$10.90 for lamb chop isn't nice and is low quality. Potatoes lack flavour. Lamb is seasoned with raw herb which is a big red flag. Service is slow. Better close down this outlet, really cannot make it. Also place feels uncomfortable to sit at and also kind of dirty tables.

Food taste is quite good, prepared quite quickly. I'd like to commend the 3 service staff working very hard during lunch rush hour yet not losing their focus and remaining polite and conscientious!
