The boss must be very rich. There is high demand for waffles, yet the waffles counter closed at 7.30pm. The staffs would rather stand there relax than to make waffles.

Waffles is good but the service attitude of the Malay lady is very rude. Suggestion to this outlet to have a proper queuing system for those ordering for waffles and train your staff about the service

Nice Pandan chiffon! Chocolate hazelnut cake was pretty good, moist with generous amount of hazelnut! But will be better with more chocolate mousse or cream.

Waffles are alright, softer than preferred but it's acceptable. However the service is bad. Very rude staff with perpetually upset face Seriously, don't be in the customer facing service industry if you hate it that much. Seems like the same complaints for months from other reviewers regarding same staff but nothing was done?

Bought the puffs at Bedok Mall branch and the curry-puff tasted like tuna/sardine instead. Not sure what is the filling inside for the photo shown here for the "Singapore Curry Puff"

Ordered 12 Singapore curry puffs over the phone. Was told can collect but went there and there were none available for the whole day. Bought 4 curry puffs instead which were mostly unbaked and 2 were split open. Will be re-baking them myself at home otherwise they are inedible. Extremely disappointing!!
