While the taste doesn’t change much, the price doesn’t justify for the size of the waffle and amount of peanut butter given. It’s almost half the thickness and peanut butter compared to the usual times I buy!

The staff gave the wrong change twice. I had to calculate the amount for them. Staff should use a cashier machine instead of writing on paper, as giving the wrong change happened twice

I didn’t buy their pastries, but got a Hello Kitty balloon instead. Had asked about it a few days ago, and when I returned today—despite none being on display—the lady staff remembered me and kindly pumped one just for me. It was for a birthday girl, and I’m really grateful! Truly excellent customer service!

2 Dec, 12:22pm. Got served room temp stiff peanut waffles, the total opposite of prima's signature soft waffles. it seemed like staff accidentally made extra from the previous order and i happened to be the next unlucky customer. no wonder why my order was ready almost immediately.
