11 feb the male staff was absolutely so rude for no reason. he snapped at me and rudely asked "what's your order", was patient with him the whole time, this was all after when we came up to order and he looked at me and immediately gave a disgusted look and turned away.

bro the malay unlce ignores ppl and wont take order even if he dont preparing the last persons order. i ordered tera fries and like it was barely half way filled ?? got one time i went there with my friend then like it was already like 10.30 and it was supposed to open at 10 and i had to wait until 11 then that guy started taking my order. Bro then when he take me order he ask me if i machine was on or something then i say huh cuz i cannot hear then he roll his eyes at me?

On 18 November 2025 at around 7:35 I waited to order for around 30min because the system was not working. After waiting the staff shouted explicitly “EH ORDER”. In the end the flavour that I wanted to order was out of stock. Not only was my time wasted but I left very dissatisfied and hungry. I HIGHLY recommend that the staff should be reprimanded or even fired.

first he was away for 1.5 hours then we waited for 30mins after he’s back. He turn off the ordering kiosk i cnt even order just had to stand there wait for him to prepare everything for other customers and didnt entertain us at all when we said we want the tp discount which is $8 for 2 mega and because he left waiting for more than 40mins at this point we just paid the original price and he kept glaring at us and when i asked for extra seasoning he gave a little bit but showed so much attitude.

I have been a loyal customer of potato corner today i bought from the Lady in tampines 1 branch I was shocked I cannot even taste the sour and cream flavour and the portioned is so pathetic. I will never ever buy from that branch again. So stingy.so irritating really no taste at all!
