As seen on the order printout, I ordered on 12:41, but I only got my food 30 minutes later after I went to ask. They apparently lost my order chit #695. No apology, no nothing. The manager just said "I prepare now?". Still need to ask?? After all that waiting, food was also disappointing. Fries were cold, the pepsi almost no soda. No wonder business is slow even during lunch hour, getting a table is very easy.. Not going back here again.

10 pieces chicken had half or more chicken wings! Order was horrendous, 8 mild 2 spicy became 2 mild 8 spicy. Kids had a really bad time.

Popeyes standard is a joke now. $6.90 for nuggets that are more like popcorn chicken. The wings and drumlets are smaller than your thumb. Everything is way more expensive as compared to other fast food joints. Don’t eat here.

Ordered their chicken nugget for 4 bundle via GRAB. Only the nuggets and mashed potatoes were sent. My 6 pcs spicy chicken were missing from the order! And I am still charged with the full amount despite the missing order. I dun want grab vouchers. I want a partial refund or get a replacement order for my missing chicken!

the mac and cheese is solid for a fast food restaurant. the scones are alright but very salty, you need the strawberry jam or honey to counterbalance the sweetness. the chicken tastes respectable, and it had passable seasoning. the drumsticks and wings are somewhat tender but the breast is very very dry.

The manager on shift, Mr. Yunius, provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and courteous when attending to my colleague and me. He is truly exemplary. Food was great too! Chicken is always hot and juicy whenever i order from here :)

New salted egg flavor was flavorful, sauce taste a little sweet. Given breast and wings, both still juicy. Mash is as always soft and dense with their signature spice. Watermelon fizzy pop syrup is just right. Not too sweet.
