Changi City Point Ponni store is Customer Friendly shop. If they didn’t have item in stock they will let you know immediately once the stock come. Employees there are so polite and friendly to customers.

Ponni store at Changi has wide variety of selection. Vegetable/fruits are fresh. They have nice seasonal/festival selection. They have exceptional home delivery service. I have been using home delivery service for a year now and have always received fresh produce.

No price tags ,so no visibility and transparency, you will be shocked to see prices at counter. They want to charge high therfore They do not keep price tags.

This store has lot of options in terms of different brands especially masala powder, oil, nuts, rice. I was here for buying A2 ghee and ended up buying more items. They had very recent stock and are very helpful for finding items and give accurate information when called before visiting. Excellent store for Indian grocery.
