Yay! My fav gelato omakase from PlayMade, is opened at Bedok Mall

The gelato is really awful. It’s too sweet, it has ice crystals in it and a bit of a foamy texture. I had black sesame. Very disappointed. At $4.80 a scoop, it’s the worst value gelato I’ve ever had. Threw away most of it. Service is attentive though.

A very pretty shop strategically located! Location is really awesome! Love their wide varieties of pearls and drinks. Will buy again. However, the service need to be improved. Maybe this is a new shop, but try to be better. Thank you for opening at Bedok mall!
