I bought ninefresh at white sand branch at national day 2125 hrs the young waitress she show me very bad attitude and very hot temper i hope the company can send her to training to training how to provide good service to customer i feel very bad experience

staff slammed the "one hour break" sign on the table instead of just saying "we're not taking anymore customers" nicely. very rude and appalling. used to love coming to this outlet but i'm just gonna take my business elsewhere 🙂 …

Considering that they're located within White Sands shopping mall, I don't like that they don't have a sitting area, but the Taiwanese desserts are high quality and very tasty. Prices are also highly reasonable for a shopping mall dessert place. Great place if you're taking it home for enjoyment.

The White Sands outlet is probably the worst. Always running out of ingredients. To make matters worst the staff are rude. Can't be bothered kind of attitude. Just disgusted with the service. Owner/owners please train your staff first …
