An unexpected surprise find inside Katong Shopping Center. The most delicious empanadas I have had in Singapore! Tried every kind the owner had on offer, and we all loved them! Each had its own flavor, and no two alike. Strongly recommend Chipotle Chicken, and Classic Beef (tasted like an amazing beef taco haha )
