Best coconut drink to had during a hot weather to cool down/ East point mall outlet staff is efficiency when preparing the drink and introduces their products well. Tried their coconut shake and coconut ice cream is was delicious.

Not sure why but why is the toppings now limited to 1 only . Customer is anyways paying so why restrict to 1

I just noticed that over the counter order is always slow based on my experienced again today. Where I only order medium coconut shake and i am next in the Q panel since i am not following anyone but took more minutes of waiting. Let me time it next time to be specific.

At 3pm stood outside for.5 minutes and no customer around me. The 2 staff inside seems not interested to serve. Or even acknowledge.....end up not getting anything. Going to other outlet .

Pos machine keep showing error and I hv scanned twice on the machine and then talked to staff. Staff arrange for a refund and have to wait for 3 wds. In the end I hv to re order again. Will not recommend
