Staff was rude and impatient. Not to mention the limited choices. All the pastries seem not freshly baked. definitely not a place to get your traditional fix of pastries.

Dont need go to bakery cuisine eat the waffle liao, can just buy here. Difference is that maybe this waffle here not so thick but good for people that dont want eat so much of a portion

Their staff a China lady shouting 3 for $5 to attract customer, I go in and choose 6 pcs and was charged $12..I can't believe a big company like them can come out with a very failed and bad strategies for attracting customers.. that's why your neighbour next door Yamazaki Bakery had a long long queues every single minute.

The Tampines One staff with PRC accent didn’t explain promotions properly and became very rude after I tried clarifying the promo as I was charged differently from what was stated on the poster. Quality of bread has dropped drastically, and price isn’t fantastic. Will boycott the Juz Bread/Mei Kee brand and switch to Yamazaki which is just next door, and will get my waffles from Nam Kee Pau which is in front of Tai Cheong Bakery!

The swiss roll are too dry, no moisture, not soft enough and not flavourful enough compared to the famous swiss roll cake shop. Is cheaper 2 for $12 compared to the other famous shop 1 for $12. Won’t buy again.
